The Bus Industry Confederation and State Associations would like to introduce a new web based initiative called Ozebus.
The Ozebus website is an initiative of the BIC and State Associations and was developed by Bacchus Management Systems. The purpose of ozebus.com.au is to assist you to recruit employees to your businesses and provide prospective employees the opportunity to seek jobs or list jobs wanted. Ozebus is about promoting career pathways into our industry and addressing skill shortages and avoiding them in the future.
Ozebus is provided as an addition to your existing recruitment strategies and has been developed to promote the employment opportunities in our industry at a single, central, and easily accessible place.
Ozebus is linked to all of the state association’s websites and the services they provide as well as pertinent information about specific state issues and requirements.
Ozebus is a pathway to a large number of websites that provide important information about training services, suppliers and assistance that is available, government services and recruitment specialists to name a few.
Ozebus provides a range of other services and information including links to suppliers to the industry, a notice board of industry and social events, links to enthusiasts sites, bus and coach related news and a forum for the discussion of contemporary industry issues.
The key to the success of Ozebus will be industry support and use. Below are some step by step instructions on how to log on to the site, register as an employer to post jobs and how to register as a user to participate in the forum and other services.
