Mission

Our primary role is to encourage increased use of buses and Public Transport as part of the development of more sustainable transport systems by engaging with transport community stakeholders. We advocate that buses and coaches provide cost effective and demand responsive solutions to complex issues such as social inclusion, climate change, peak oil and congestion and we encourage commuter mode shift (or behavioural change) initiatives to realise these solutions.

The Association’s Vision and Mission Statements set out our conception of what we do.  Our Core Values describe the qualities that will typify the way we will pursue these tasks.  They indicate the values we believe are important in dealing with our members and with outside groups and individuals.
